Ralph W. Shaw, Esq.

BIOGRAPHY

Ralph W. Shaw works exclusively in the practice areas of taxation, employee benefits, and ERISA (the primary law governing the operation of retirement plans of all kinds and health and welfare benefit plans such as those covered by the Affordable Care Act). He earned his B.S. in Business from the University of Northern Colorado with an emphasis in Small Business Management. He received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver College of Law.

Mr. Shaw is a member of the Colorado Bar Association (taxation and trust/estates sections), the Denver Bar Association, and he is Past President of the Greater Denver Tax Counsel Association. Since 2005 he has been selected by his peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America® in the field of Employee Benefits (Copyright 2019, 2020, 2021 by Woodward/White, Inc. of Aiken, South Carolina).
